選金離心機(jī)(尼爾森離心機(jī),沙金精選離心機(jī),砂金離心機(jī),砂金精選離心機(jī),STL水套式離心機(jī)）+振動(dòng)篩淘金設(shè)備組合流程概述

原料通過(guò)工程車(chē)輛送入大進(jìn)料斗中，通過(guò)高壓水沖洗后進(jìn)入振動(dòng)篩進(jìn)行篩選分級(jí)為粗料，細(xì)料兩種規(guī)格。粗料經(jīng)由固定式淘金氈溜槽進(jìn)一步提取后排入廢料池內(nèi)。

細(xì)料經(jīng)由分料溜槽進(jìn)入自動(dòng)洗選機(jī)進(jìn)行分選后的廢料進(jìn)入固定式淘金氈溜槽進(jìn)行分選，精料進(jìn)入80#手動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)進(jìn)一步提純獲得精料，廢料排入廢料池內(nèi)。

Technical process

Raw material get into feed hopper from dumper truck,then under swilling of high pressure flow into vibrating screen to be classified into 2sizes,the big size material to be rocovered by fixed slucie with gold carpet to collect gold then scrap material getting into scrap pool.

The small size material into material separating sluice to get into 2set of auto washing and separating machine then scrap material into fixed sluice with carpet the others into 2set 80#manual discharge gold concentrator to get concentrate,the scrap of material after separating of gold concentrator finally getting into scrap pool.
